I did not pray for you yesterday, and I am sorry. The day got away from me, meetings started at 6 a.m., and I have a litany of other poor excuses that you don't want to hear.
Today...I am praying for your power...
"For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom his whole family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen."

I pray that you...may have power,
This is not a prayer for 'power' as we might usually think of 'power'...it is a power to know and understand and be filled.
Still, I would like to look at this power thing for just a moment, and remember its source: "...out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power..."
"His glorious riches...strengthen you...through His Spirit...your inner being...Christ...in your hearts...
...rooted...established ...love...power." Power!
Today, I pray for each of you, that you would have all the power God intends for you, so that you may receive all He wants for you. Will you pray that for someone else?
