Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. To one there is given... to another faith by the same Spirit, 1 Corinthians 12:7 & 9a

The gift of faith...how interesting. We must not assume that anyone is denied the ability to have the faith in Christ, and the Scriptures bear that out.
This faith, this gift of the Spirit, is like the faith in God to bring salvation, but it is for those already saved. It is the gift from the Holy Spirit that enables the use, I believe, of the other gifts.
It is faith that God can heal and do other miraculous things...not just an intellectual belief...but a strong assurance. A reality that not only can God do these wondrous things...but that we can as well, when touched by His Spirit.
I need you.
You need me.
We both need the Holy Spirit.
